Change of Mind

Eclipse Technology Services Australia Pty Ltd is unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any “change of mind” purchases. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. By making a purchase from ETS, you agree to abide by this Change Of Mind Policy.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

ETS will offer an exchange or refund of the Netgate devices which are DOA within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Warranty Claims & Product Support

If Netgate product support is needed, please click on the below link and “Open a ticket”. All Netgate devices ship with 1 year Technical Assistance Centre Lite (TAC-Lite) support included. Netgate also offer a range of extended support options (TAC-Pro & TAC-Enterprise).
